A car salesman in our area was celebrating a great couple of years and his 15th year at his job by having some renovations done at his home. He really wanted to throw a small party for his closest friends to show off the new look of his home once it was finished, and that is why it was important for him to have a great hardwood flooring contractor that he could rely on. Heritage Hardwood Floors got the call and we were able to give him an affordable estimate on the exact materials that he wanted.
First Steps for the Hardwood Floor Installation Process
We met with the client at his residence and he showed our team where he wanted to have the new oak floors installed. The client currently had carpeting, but he was really wanting to have oak floors installed. We gave him the estimate to remove the current carpeting along with using our wood floor installation service. The client gave us the go ahead with the project and we were scheduled to return two days later when he could have the furniture and belongings removed from the rooms where the new oak floors would be installed.
The team arrived on time and went to work immediately removing the carpeting. Once the carpeting was removed, the team started installing the hardwood flooring. The team continued to work throughout the day, then returned the following morning just to finish the project. The hardwood floor installation in Allen was completed and looked fantastic.
The client wasn’t home when the team finished, but his wife was there. His wife said the floors looked outstanding. She had been wanting to have oak floors installed at their home for a very long time, because they look great and would be easier to maintain and clean for her. The client contacted us a week later to let us know that his party was a big hit and we exceeded his expectations completely. He continued to say that many of his guests asked him who had installed the hardwood floors in his home, and he ended up recommending us to a lot of people. The customer was so impressed with our work that he is planning on having us return in a few months to add oak floors in his basement.
